Frame / Narrow Diagonal carved grooves with iron detail

A frame for the things worth keeping.

Handmade in stoneware, its textured surface invites touch and catches the light. Finished with iron wash over a transparent glaze, it was fired in a gas kiln in a reduction atmosphere, bringing out depth and subtle variations in colour. One of a kind.

Use
Hang it from a single nail, or lean it against the wall. A groove on the back lets you hang it either vertically or horizontally. Simply tape your photo, drawing or note to the back. Wipe clean with a dry or damp cloth.

Each piece is made by hand and may differ slightly from the photos. These small irregularities are part of its character.
