Tiny Box / Diagonal carved grooves with iron detail

A small vessel for secret treasures.

Handmade in stoneware, its textured surface invites touch. Finished with iron wash over a transparent glaze, it was fired in a gas kiln in a reduction atmosphere, a process that brings out depth and subtle variations in colour. One of a kind.
