Catchall tray / Diagonal carved grooves with iron

A small landing place for everyday treasures.

Handmade in stoneware, carved with grooves to create a textured surface that invites touch. Finished with an iron wash over a transparent glaze. It was fired in a gas kiln in a reduction atmosphere, bringing out depth and subtle variations in colour. One of a kind.

Perfect by the door for keys and coins, or on a bedside table for rings and small keepsakes.
