Alcove / Straight carved grooves with copper

A small wall alcove for your own icon.

Like the niches that once sheltered icons and keepsakes, this alcove gives a place of honour to the objects that hold a story: a small figurine from your childhood, a carved animal brought back from holiday, a rock shaped like a heart. Handmade in stoneware, carved to create a  texture that invites touch. Finished with an copper wash over a satin white glaze, it was fired in an electric kiln. One of a kind.

Each piece is made by hand and may differ slightly from the photos. These small irregularities are part of its character.
